This life is just our subconscious' way of experiencing a physical world. After death we go on to rejoin the mass consciousness that makes up "reality". Where people end up in life is just based on their approach. Approach life with understanding and everything will fall into place before you rather than fall apart behind you. Materialist, paper chasers, war supporters, none of them see this which shows in their lives. Its not about the money, its about the feeling and feeling good is good enough - This was my reply to someone's post. Plenty more where it came from but Id like to see if anyone here would like to discuss it.
I really need to read into all these religions/ideas more. Every time I think Ive got something new someone somewhere has thought of it before. Kinda sucks to be honest
Well, I've come to a point in my life, where money has become rather important. My mum is struggling to make ends meet; I am unemployed while going to community college; and I'm 21. I have never been too materialistic, but I don't see how understanding can help me here. I know to help out my mum, I need to get money. I know to get money, I need employment. And I know to get employment, I need to apply places. But I also know that my stress management has become rather horrible; and this is my hardest semester so far. By understanding my own limits; it is causing a dissonance with the needs of my situation. (But I am trying to get my school life in better order, so I can free up resources)
It's all been said and done before. Remember you are the one new to the play, and your scene and part has just begun.
It is true that difficulty in our lives should call our previous learning into suspicion, however we do not "end up", we currently emerge.
"Feeling good" is indeed good enough ... sometimes and in some places. But it's probably best not to make grand sweeping polemic statements about what life is supposed to be for the billions of other people who have ever existed. They may have different ideas.
Yeah....+1 what she said. Or to put it another way....I think most of you (in this thread) need to put down the bong and let your head clear up a bit. But that's just one old Rednecks views.
I believe in everything that was said. Espically money it ruins and destroys lives. I think I my self would be better off that way but I cant speeak for anyone else... Peace & Love
i wouldn't necessarily say money is a bad thing. i believe in only getting the money that you need, money to buy only NECESSITIES...what is the point of having excess money in the bank when there are hundreds of thousands of people out there who can use that money to provide necessities to their families? and i agree, feeling good is good enough. i myself have struggled with so much self-doubt. but the thing about self-doubt is that its created by the pressures others put on you, not on anything you do to yourself. i've learned to do what i want to do and believe what i want to believe despite the way others feel about it. and that makes me feel good.
What's it matter if it was thought of before, you didn't know, all you did was have enough wisdom to create it on your own. But since it's out there already, you can research to learn and grow. Peace and Blessings
