Inadvertently mixed Lortab and DXM syrups.

Long story. I accidently mixed 2 parts Dextromethorphan Polistirex (The Extended Release kind) with 1 part Hydrocodone Elixir without thinking about it. Wondering if there's any properties to these two solutions that would allow them to be separated or render the DXM inactive? Solubility, bioavailability, etc. I don't expect that there is but I figured I'd ask anyway. I got about 60mg of Hydrocodone mixed with about 300mg of Extended Release DXM. If I drank it outright the high would be heavy DXM, which I have never enjoyed in the handful of times I've taken it.

EDIT: I think I found exactly what I need but I'd like a second or third opinion. that sucks bro, but in my experience, DXM potentiates opiates. I dont think 300mg is a high dose of dxm either. I would just chug the whole thang, I think you would be feelin right.

I usually take a double dose of DXM and a double dose of diphenhydramine or promethazine for potentiation, I've taken doses of DXM in the 300-900 range several times and never enjoyed it.

 

ya but have you taken it with opiates?
