    How do I fill out more of my body?
    I am a male, 16, I weigh 135-140, and I am kinda tall for my weight.

    I wish to fill out so I could fill the fat with muscle. :2thumbsup:

    workout to fillout ;p
    but youre still young so dont over do the workouts
    ive been trying to put on more weight, potato chips have been working handsomely

    workout and eat more. not much more, just a bit more. and eat the good stuff, lean meats, whole grains, milk is good, etc.

    workout proper diet and have a seista.

    Lift big, Eat Big. Utilize compound, multi-joint movements such as squats, deadlifts, bench press, and overhead press.

    If gaining weight is an issue, consider the seefood diet. If you see food, eat it.

    Don't lift too much though! It could stunt your growth. One of my friends missed out on like 3 inches of height because he was constantly working out in high school.

    You have to look at what you're eating and go with things that are nutrient-dense.
