First Time Mushroom Identification pleeease

For some reason the Shroomery won't let me register so if anyone with mushroom knowledge could help me out it would be much appreciated. They look like cubensis but I just want to make sure. Also I'm hoping the black stuff on them is ok to eat.

they're deffinetly cubensis did you pick them?

 

The black stuff os jusy spores becaise who ever grow them picked them late and they began to drop spores.
