I don't think the vegetarian diet is a bad diet, I just think I'm not eating a large enough variety. I've been vegetarian for a little over a year and I'm worried about my growth. I've been 5'4 for a while, while my friends are reaching 5'6 5'8 . My brother grew slow as well but he's 6'2 now. I don't know if I should assume that the same will happen to me. I'm lacto-vegetarian because I think its the healthiest form of vegetarian I could be at this age. What should I start eating? And should I start supplementing?
I seriously doubt he killed an animal to eat. Now, I would guess he has even meat since his post says he's been veg for a year. And few one year olds type well.
Yo, just eat tons of fruits and veggies. And when I say tons, I don't mean the literal weight gradient, but I mean TONS! And play a lot. I say- go VEGAN! WOOT
Jesus christ, I'm only 5 feet tall and I'm an adult...you're telling me all this time I should have reached 5'8 because that's the standard height for all humans!? ARGH!!! :willy_nilly:
