are gonna make their last gig together probably next year in Glastonbury festival(U.K)
I read it in a local newspaper here..pity..such a great band...but the members...
are probably showing some rimples.??..oh well...funny thing..but believe it or not.??
in august in Hasselt(Belgium) we got a yearly festival called rimple rock..
Tom Jones is gonna be there etc..I will not attend...
because...i don't have rimples yet...just went for a flowerpower tattoo last week(oh)

So, the coffee roaster, your bed room sound system, the recording studio, the A.V. Room with the 15 by 10 foot screen, and a half a years worth of food and a few other things are fully funded.

Man it sounds good to me Kenny . With some bread & butter , fresh green salad from the great Shameless garden and some vino .

 

Pinto beans have soaked over night, and boiled a huge pot with sliced onions garlic lotz o' fresh ground black pepper and salt. We'll kick that down to a simmer and stir it.

The bread dough is rising. LOL

Hi folks. In and out, busy busy, but I thought I'd check in.

 

Hi Cap't. Always good to see you even if only for a moment.

 

Okay ,I ate about 20 beano tabs ready for a huge bowl !

 

ReKneed and rise the dough. Stir the beans. Simmering with lid on.

Kenny has sliced up two big roasts or 3 big London Broil cuts (cost less). Cutting into lots of cubes bought in inch or smaller, bowls of beef. Get ether a huge wok or 3 big frying pans up high /with some depth of corn oil to get hot!!! to 400F just about to smoke.
Covers bowl of meat with fresh ground pepper, salt and garlic salt. Copious amounts.
Slices yellow onions 2 large ones for each frying pan. Smashes and slices up four or five whole garlic bulbs. Sizzles garlic and onion divided two each pan and quick fries at a real high heat til translucent. Then dumps in the bowls of meat and does a real hot fast stir fry (Brown black on the outside and medium rare inside.) to seal in juices. When right there, he dumps cans of tomato sauce on each pan of meat, almost cover to float the meat, but not drowning the meat.

Bringing it all to a boil. Stirring. Turn it down to a simmer. Stirring. Parsley Sage Rosemary and thyme. More of some things and less of others. I put a bit of each herb to my tongue for a fresh taste, then go from there. Add way too much ground New Mexico Red Chili Powder and too much ground cumin, and then oregano, a lot. Stirring. Simmering. More New Mexico Red Chili Powder. More cumin. Fresh ground white pepper, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Some other herbs. And add more salt to taste.

Simmering and stirring four hours and hours. Along with the ever simmering beans.

Bread pans are smiling good in the ovens.

 

It's the funnest to cook for big groups of people and to have them enjoy. I do hope that people show up.

 

Kenny's is rolling up balls of white bread dough and rolling pinning huge flour tortillas. Next to one of our stove tops, we have a big steel flat gittle like in restaurants for bacon eggs and pancakes and stuff. Guess where the flour tortillas are going?

More New Mexico Red Chili Powder and more cumin in the Chili. Stir stir, taste. And more stuff.

Pulling off tortilla from the grill. Stirring the bean. And now with the lid off so that the water cooks down and gets thicker.
