Question about Immunity (Psilacetin)

Okay so my buddy and I are clean of like 1-2 years from everything. We believe that an occasional dabble is okay. His mom left town with his GF and our 2 friends who live with us (yes this is a HUGE house with at least 20 animals) Anyway. I used to be a big psychohead and loved all psychedelics. I've been 2 rehab twice for hard drugs and the psych ward twice for hallucinogens. I am now 18 and can control my use of drugs moderately. (i will not do any drugs but psychedelics)
So when they left we went and stopped at our buddys house to pick up 2 10mg Psilacetin better known as 4-amo-DMT(4-acetoxy-DMT)

What I am afriad of is, i used to be able to do any drug. But then i got prescribed to Adderal and vyyvanse and every since then I've been immune to a couple of drugs. Before i completely got clean about 4 months ago i tried Molly, LSA, and Shrooms. That was my first time doing Molly and it didn't work not one bit.. Everyone was rolling and i felt nothing. LSA i had perfected the extraction process that my buddy taught me. And it didn't work for me but it worked for everyone else so i decided to sell it. and what i am mostly worried about is the shrooms... Because I read online (useful alternative to psilocybin for pharmacological studies.[2] [3] It is the acetylated form of the psychedelic mushroom alkaloid psilocin) If this is true then does that mean that I will be immune to the 4-amo-DMT? But the thing is i don't think I am immune to shrooms. I think i just got a bad batch. I was also on anti psychotics and anti depressants.. Could this be the result of my shrooms not working? I doubt they were a bad batch because i would buy mostly everything of this dealer and she always pleased me and met my demands. I don't really know, Can anyone help me out with their knowledge? See if they can figure out if i am immune to shrooms or if it was the meds i was on. But if i am immune to shrooms will i be immune to 4-amo-DMT?

PS: I am no longer on any medication.

Also if anybody could tell me things to do to intensify my trip or make it better?
What music do you recoomend to listen to? Lights on or off? Should i hook up my computer to the big screen and play trippy visual from youtube?

You don't have to answer everything. But any help would be VERY appreciated

 

anti-depressants of the SSRI variety can definitely lessen psychedelic effects, such that a normal dose may not make you feel anything. if you have stopped taking these medications for several months, you should be able to trip again.

i've also heard of vyvance "cancelling out" an acid trip. 6 of us took one potent hit each, and the one person who had taken vyvance earlier that day was the only one disappointed. and most of us eat more psychedelics than him, so it wasn't tolerance. i just saw a thread about vyvance and tripping on here..

"immune" really isn't the right term to use. your immune system is not involved in the main action of psychedelics. your immune system does not attack a psychedelic molecule like it does a cold virus.

so basically, since you take no medication (and as long as it's been a sufficient amount of time for your brain to get back to 'normal'), then you should be able to trip again.

but 10 mg of 4-aco-dmt is a pretty low dose.

to make your trip more intense, i would take more 4-aco-dmt . even 20 mg is a low dose for me, but it's a good place to start. 30 or 40 mg is a solid trip, for me. to enjoy your (4-aco-dmt) trip better i would suggest laying down and listening to your favorite type of music. in a dark room, or maybe with the shades pulled with light beaming through (daytime), or by candle light (at night).

if you take a good amount, closing your eyes will produce a trippy visual way better than anything on youtube

 

10mg is way too low a dose for anything. If you want a strong trip you need at least three times that much.

You should not do any drugs for a very very long time.

I'd recommend you stay away from all drugs and go to school, learn a trade.

Might want to consider quitting that too.

 

You're 18 and you've already been to rehab twice . . . dude. Psych ward twice? I skimmed over your post and didn't see that. I think you should not do any drugs

 

Yea, sounds like you might have a drug problems. I advise you to stick to cannabis.
