When Kenny and I were in Paris a similar pouch with crystals, ginsing root, etc and a bear totum stoped a dozen gendarms in their tracks. Just ask Kenny.:)

I've only heard it on here, but I REALLY hope it's true!!!! My favourite band! And I'm working at Glastonbury next year! And I know they will give me the time off to see the Stones, cos the people I work for are my friends!

Yes there is a field especially for tipis and a lot of the Tipi Valley lot do still go. There also used to be a special Traveller's Field and the travelling community got free tickets, but now they have their own section of the festival which is part art, part fire show, part music, part circus, really really mental stuff. It used to be called Lost Vagueness but now is divided up into other sections. They have crashed airplanes, parts of helicoptors, fairground rides....really wild stuff. There is also now a posh Tipi Field which is all new tipis which are rented out at ridiculous prices to rich people who want to play hippie for a few days. I'm told that some of them even have butler service!!! But that's not what you were asking...yes the Tally Valley lot are still about.

But do you know if Dave and Maggie and/or Perry are still witj the Tipi Valley folks? I met them at Stonehenge and stayed with Maggie at Glastonbury and went back with her to Tipi Valley.

I know several Daves from Tipi Valley and I can't think of any Maggies. That doesn't mean she's not there! People change all the time over there, and there are several people living near us who used to live at Tally Valley.

Yes Sid died last year of a heart attack, I believe. He died at the end of a camp surrounded by his friends and family, which is the way I suppose he would have wanted to go. He was a very contraversal man, but there was a Druid remembrance ceremony and there was a huge turnout. It is on youtube, if you want to see it. Like all of us, he had his faults, but I think he contributed a hell of a lot to the alternative scene in the UK.

Hi brothers and sisters. I've caught up with the conversations. Awesome stuff. It's hotter than 400 Hells here. I'm going to take a nap soon and wait for it to cool off later.

    Just saying "Hi" :)

Hey girl, we're practically neighbors. Summer in the south can suck. I ended up taking 1/2 a day off and was outside quite a bit today in NC/SC.

    Well, "Hey Neighbor!" :seeya:

In other news, I just woke up and remembered why I hate naps. It's because it's another time of day for waking up and I don't like waking up.

    Will get :coffee:

Thank you, Ty. You're a lifesaver.

I sleep so hard when I sleep. Waking isn't a joyful process.
