SCI and Phish concerts, what to expect?

Hey All - Newbie here (so if this sounds stupid please dont make fun of me,lol). I am finally letting my inner hippie out after years of supression. My fiance and I are going to see SCI next month in Flagstaff and Phish in Aug in OKC. We are cmaping out of SCI and I am just trying to get an idea of what the crowds are like. I know concerts vary from venue to venue, but is security pretty tight overall?

In Oklahoma? Yes I would imagine they will have allot of cops out harrasing hippies simply based on the bands reputation. That's a very republican state, there is a reason why this is the first concert Phish has played in that state.

But in general, security is not that bad at jam events. I considered going to the OKC show, but to me it's not worth it. I would have to go to Oklahoma where you can get life for a joint lol.
