how long does the opiate blocking effect of suboxone last? say i took 6mg yesterday, will i be able to get high off H on friday?
Everybody is different but the mean half life is ~36 hours. So if you take 6mg at noon on Monday, by midnight Wednesday there will still be 3mg in your system. Personally, I found 2-4mg of bupe reasonably easy to punch though with oxy or what have you. It is possible to get high after taking 6mg but you will have to take a lot more of your DOC than you normally would and danger of OD is increased. Hope that helps.
I have punched through Subs on a dose of 5-6mgs/day with Opana. Snorting a 40mg ER dose of Opana didnt get me high, but it still killed the pain. The 30mg oxy barely scratched it, but I would think, Heroin, if you are using a needle, would break through easily!
