how do you extract the lsa?? when i did lsa i alwayz pulverized morning glory seeds, and mixed them in applesauce. it'll make your stomach hurt, and last time i puked, but as soon as i was done puking i was wigging ballz

 

Easily. Google search will get you started. Easiest methods: soaking in bottled water in the fridge for a few hours/overnight with a bit of lemon juice. Some people just do a pull using pure lemon or lime juice. Take care.
