This time of year it's so hard to lose weight. Too many good treats to eat. I would drink lots of water, stay away from high carbs, eat more salads, vegetable soups, and try not too snack too late. I had 2 c-sections. My stomach hasn't been the same. Tae Bo worked good for me for a bit. Then I tried pilates. The treadmill worked good too for awhile. HOWEVER I don't really enjoy doing any of those. The best exercise I have felt is cleaning, working in my yard, mowing the lawn, and playing in my flower beds. That's my kind of exercise. May I ask what your food intake is like during the day? Do you like vegetable soups or salads? Do you eat meat?
Give up drinking all types of soda/pop (even diet) and drink around 8 to 10 glasses of water a day............... ~namaste~
ive had 2 kids and i know what a bitch it is to get back into shape, a couple of things that have made a big difference for me is NO snacks after supper unless its fruit or vegetables, drinking lots of water, and before bed drink a glass of hot water with a bit of lemon juice in it. I knew someone who went to weight watchers and they say the lemon supposedly helps speed up your metabolism. Do you eat breakfast? I used to skip it and just drink coffee,but if you eat a healthy breakfast youll eat a smaller lunch and also smaller supper, and this also changes your metabolism. oh and dont buy into that low carb diet crap- carbs are brain food.
I've never had a C-section, but after having 7 kids my stomache isn't so great either. I have a bigger flat tire then the car. I'd say to stay way from soda ad don't skip meals as it will make ya pig-out later.
hmmmm.. i think you should exercise because it takes the fat you have and burns it for energy to make the movements you are doing possible. and uch mroe which i cannot type right now.
if you have a bike, and it's not too cold, do alot of bike riding. i did it all the time at the beginning of the semester and went from 195 to 185 in a month... and i was still eating the same and everything...
started with snorting, till my nose got too sore one binge, so every 15 minutes for several months I would smoke.
Ok here is the plan 1200 calories a day 8 glasses of water a day pilates in the morning, taebo in the evening (30 minutes each) and a partridge in a fucking pear tree sound good?
partridge fucking a pear tree would be better. forget about calories. just eat low carb low fat and balanced. exercize is the key.
