A 17 year-old freind died yesterday. Too many friends have died. So I do more than realize it- I feel it burning a hole in my soul.

My mortality keeps me grounded. It sucks losing friends and family, though. Still, it's the Great Equalizer, and I think about it a lot, and don't think it's anything to fear. That said, I wouldn't mind putting it off a few decades!
