I'll watch it tomorrow and let you know, but from what I've seen already, it seems very interesting.

However, creators are using propaganda themselves while making video about propaganda...

It's north korea, it has some moments of glorifying it's own country but still, all the points they made are valid. All that said it definitely wasn't meant for a domestic audience in the DPRK

The first video is all western TV and it's associates. It goes into WWII, foreign relations and even other countries who have caused genocide

Hard to take serious anything that would come out of North Korea. Not saying the information presented within isn't true, but does it say anything that most people who have an understanding of propaganda don't already know?

North Korea is the most enslaved country on the planet. Perhaps the most overt propaganda I have seen comes from that country. Their people are so brainwashed, they don't even have to try to be good at it.

Eh it's overtly general towards Television. It has some good points about WWII, The war in Iraq, Israel and it's occupation of Palestine, and some other things but overall just a reminder of what propaganda is in western life.

It called the dear leader invincible n' shit more times than I'd care to count in the intro, but it's called "propaganda".

Fucking lame. We all know (here) that shit, people are distracted and lied to..... NK lies with no distraction, but with such aggression that you don't dare question it. I see no difference, other than that they're miserable and starving to death while they're told about how their dear leader commissioned a video showing fox news and people getting their hair done..... they may not, but the rest of the world remembers kim jong il, and his hairdoo.....

Western culture is fucked and our governments and media frequently use all the propaganda techniques mentioned in this video to make sure its citizens don't notice how fucked western culture truly is.

But at least we don't have to pretend-cry when our leaders die. Western nations have a choice not to buy into the propaganda. We can turn away from it if we want to. We can protest. We can write songs and make movies about anything in this culture or anything about our government that we don't like. We can post on websites like this. We can write about it and talk about it.

Whereas North Korea doesn't even necessarily need to put out propaganda. It certainly helps to brainwash the masses, but at the end of the day their citizens know they face imprisonment or death if they don't fall in line and that is probably more persuasive than propaganda could ever hope to be.
