either that or an insult to your choice of glasses.

thread title would also be good for a thread about losing virginity.

Yes, some people look better without their glasses & I have to wear mine all day - inless I'm showering / asleep. Yes, some girls look more attractive wearing glasses & some look better (sometimes sexier) without them being worn. So it can work either way. Also girls who have long hair, look much sexier with it not being done up with hairclips & hanging down (over their shoulders or further) it's full length.

    I wouldn't be offended but I wouldn't take it as a compliment

Because I'm wearing glasses I wear them a lot to see so telling me I don't look my best on a daily basis is not a compliment but ur not saying I'm ugly so it's not an insult it's just an unnecessary statement

if a man said it then it means exactly how it sounds...that you look better without your glasses

if a woman said it ...then who the fuck knows..it could mean anything

Some girls look just as sexy with either short or long hair (with or without glasses) - it's how they add make up (lip gloss etc) to either look even better or to improve their skin etc. You imagine a hot woman dressing in one style & going out amongst some guys & seeing what reaction she gets & then she later changes appearance again to find out which attracts the most looks then?
Say she dresses in a long dress with no cleavage showing & then reappears in a skimpy revealing pair of shorts (or skirt) & top & then see the difference she attracts from guys! It has been done on television before & the results spoke for themselves!

True, in some cases - a woman may like that is a positive complement & thank you, but others may feel discriminated also. Sometimes you cant always judge a person just because they wear glasses & they don't suit them. Sometimes glasses make a person more sexier ! - this is an interesting thread & hopefully someone (?) will post a picture of themselves with & without their glasses on to get a response?

I do something similar with males who shave beards. If they come out one day having shaved I'll sometimes say "Wow, you look so good that way."

^^True, but that's their choice. Most people wear glasses out of necessity.
