Semantically, I cannot see where "blow" comes from, as blowing cool air on my throbbing dick will tend to send the blood away from the cavernous tissue. "Job" makes sense, since women should invariably suck my cock if they are to receive some due compensation (e.g., birthday presents, weekend getaways, etc.) for the sinister act. Pretty sure it originated from an earlier form of English where blow basically meant prostitute, and at the time it was deemed as a service only a prostitute would provide.
