If they were really 200ug and you could factually prove that then I would say yes that is a pretty decent deal. But I usually get a quarter sheet for around 175-200 and that's me not being able to put a measurement on dose potency lol.
I wouldn't deal with people that claim that their tabs are 200ug because they likely aren't. People working in laying crystal to blotter want to either spread the love to the most people or make the most money depending on their motivations. Either way, they would not be helped by putting DOUBLE the standard dose on the blotter. That means they only get half the number of sheets. Just doesn't happen usually, if you are in the close circles of LSD and you ask for some strong stuff, they won't bother laying you a special sheet, they will just give you liquid that has been dosed higher per drop. Also, no matter the dosage usually, street prices for one blotter is $10 in most places. When you buy more, like anything, you get a better per unit price. Paying almost 12 a tab when you are buying 25 is not a very good deal. Of course at the end of the day, if it's acid and you previously couldn't find it, I would try some. You should only buy 3-4 for your first time buying and your first time buying from this source. With all of these low dosed tabs and these RC dosed tabs, you don't want to get ripped off for a full 25 at those prices.
Double sided sounds like dealer marketing BS to me. One dipping should absorb all the LSD the blotter paper can hold. Does he man their is artwork on two sides, or it is "double dipped"? Because some blotter does have artwork on both sides.
A bit pricy, it should be around $250, but if it is actually acid, it would be worth it. And 200 ugs would be great, kind of risky though, it would be great if you were allowed to try a hit before you bought it
In my experience, $290 for 2.4 milligrams is expensive. A 200mcg quantity of LSD would cost about $6 (so $72 or $218 less for the same quantity as what you're getting) in my area; albeit, I've never seen 200mcg pieces being sold before. They're usually around ~100mcg here, so about $3 a piece. I'd look elsewhere if I were you, or just suffice with you're offered if LSD is rare in your area.
If it was real LSD, I could almost be conned into paying that much. When dealers speak of how many mics are on each blotter I just stare them dead in the face and ask them if they put the solid into solution themselves...
We do have 200 mcg pieces here fat Freddy cats I had them myself and let them tested at a test centre so that i could be sure that I wasn't ripped off they really where 200 mcg I only payed 6 euro for 1 or 20 euros for 5
