I hear this is rare? Well that doesn't make me feel special. I have it, and I hate it. I am a virgin, and I'm wondering if this will hurt me when it comes to sexual performance or if I'm just worrying for nothing. The reason I worry is because I am five and three quarter inches hard, if I straighten it with my hand, but if I don't then from almost all views it looks to be about five or less. Keep in mind that I shave my patch and I still personally think I look small. Am I being stupid? Am I worrying about a useless detail? Is this goddamn curve a good thing that a lot of girls would prefer? Need opinions, preferably from any females.
Mine curves downward as well, and I was always worried about it before hooking up with girls. My first girlfriend loved it, doggy style just felt amazing for her (she claimed because of the curve but idk), my second girlfriend said she never noticed the curve until I mentioned something, and any random girl i've hooked up with has not said anything one way or the other. Being able to stay get and stay very hard, have really in shape pc muscles, and paying attention to what a girl wants out of you are much more important subjects than penis size or shape. Who cares if a dick is 8 inches long if its flopping around? Anyways I wouldn't worry about the curve, in my opinion it doesn't affect anything at all for how it feels for a girl (I think my first girlfriend confused the curvature with having a downward angle from behind and i don't think it actually made a difference for her besides in her mind).
While it is true that most penises curve upwards and / or to the right, there are those that curve downward and / or to the left, and they are no less functional or aesthetically pleasing than any others. As well as being curved there are also those that are angled upward / downward / left / right. Personally, mine is totally straight and, when erect, at 90 degrees to my body. Basically, there is no such thing as a 'normal' penis. Variety is the spice of life. So long as you can get sexual pleasure from it, who cares what it looks like - after all, once penetrated it's physical appearance is concealed anyway.
A poll I conducted a while ago, with about 100 replies, found that about 35% of guys (including me) had an upward curve when erect, 25% were straight out, 20% curve to the left, 15% curve downward, and 5% curve right. Doesn't really matter.
