Do you like working with young co workers or doesn't age matter just as long as you get on well with them?
Do you socialise with all, or some, or not very well with any of them?
Have you ever had a bad moment with one or a nice moment you would always remember or a regretable one?

My coworkers are much younger than me, and it burns me out. I don't want to kid around. I just want to collect a paycheck. I'm a real stick-in-the-mud at work.

i've had coworkers from 16 to 60 and gotten along with a majority of them. the ones i've actually socialized with outside of work have ranged from about 5 years younger to about 15 years older.

currently i don't technically have any coworkers, but the people that could be considered semi-coworkers are mostly significantly older, with only a couple that are in my age range. i haven't really socialized with any of them as of yet.

i have had co workers of all ages...my last boss was more like a dad than a boss and he was 15 years younger than me.....he cried when he had to finally fire me

i am sure most people have had scraps with co workers for many a reason...usually back stabbing a co worker will cause problems...fucking a co worker almost never ends well......stabbing a co worker is grounds foe dismissal every where except georgia and texas

my last job i had to work right beside a chronic liar...i didnt love the guy but we still had weed in common and would get high about 6 times a day out the back door

I am 21 and have worked with 16-62 year old range. I socializ with each age group and find they all have interesting things to say. The most interesting one was this 62 year old guy from kosovo. He was awesome and taught me many things! The younger ones are alright to talk to but they mostly just bitch about things.

i am older than most...i work in kitchens as a baker/ pastry chef @57 yrs. old. still doin it same as i did in my 20s. i never climbed up to any sort of mngt., and was always content to do something i like at a relatively low level; so most cooks, servers, and even managers are at least 20, 30, or 40 yrs. younger. i think it's fun.

    I work with between 8 - 13 co workers & of ages - males & females - from late teens - late 50's.
We all know what we can talk about on different topics & no not what to mention'
A few of them (females) I can joke with flirtishly & chat about certain body parts jokingly & a bit more general stuff.
We have recently had a female start with us & she is very raunchy just occassionally which I thoroughly enjoy as well as 2 of my male co workers. If we had a dance pole in the staff room, she would be the first to use it during our coffee break! She's actually not to bad looking either & an asian. Probably aged early 30's?
Has a nice smile to match too!

I technically don't have co-workers, as I am the only one at work on my shift, but the other 4 people are older ladies. It's not the most fun job I've ever had.
