25i-nbome Saturday, 5-meo-mipt Monday, Cross Tolerance?

Saturday night, introductory beginners dose of 500mcg 25i nbome.
Just got my 5-meo-mipt Monday, so of course I had to do an allergy test to see if I would die or not, well, I did not die unless my ghost writing is in effect.
10:30pm - ingested 0.5ml Vodka/5-meo-mipt which is 5mg of 5-meo-mipt.
In about 45 minutes to an hour I watched naked ladies and popped root, then I crushed bricks and hammered nails with my tool.
Decent.
Anyway, I felt kind of wavy, had the feel like I was just coming up on a DXM trip, that kind of anesthetic, drunkish, buzzy fuzzy, slightly psychedelic, warm head feeling.
Interesting feelings which requires more research.

Stayed up till nearly 4:00am and had trouble sleeping (which is not unusual for me anyway)

So, to get to the point, I was just wondering if I had of waited another week or two to try this would my buzz have been much better as I had ingested 500mcg's of 25i-nbome just 2 days prior.
My whole point though was to do an allergy test to be confident to take this next Friday.
10-15mg's, here I come.

Oh, and what about drinking?
Only report I read concerning that, is a guy who said he was hammered after the pub and took some 5-meo-mipt and never went to bed until much later the next day.
Me and my brother tend to consume a case of beer with anything, DXM, LSD, 25i-nbome, etc. It's just that beer is so damn delicious, they really got to tone the taste down just a bit, Hmmm, maybe if the 5-meo-mipt was put into the beer........


Hmmm, looks like they both do work on the 5-HT2A receptors, so I would assume there would be a cross tolerance.
To what extent I do not know.

 

There very possibly was some tolerance at work but warm, erotic and mild psychedelia are all good descriptions of 5 mgs 5-meo-mipt.

I have a bias against taking alcohol with psychedelics so I am going to recommend against it. Alcohol detracts from the enhanced sensory and cognitive effects of psychedelics in my limited experience combining them but since you already use it with LSD, 25i and what not, I don't think there is anything inherently dangerous about mixing alcohol and 5-meo-mipt.

 

Not stupid about the drinking either, if it feels right, no adverse affects, like crazy heart rate, red face, no pulse etc, we drink.
But as for most of these chems, I would ass-u-me that if drinking was so bad that lots of people would mention the harm in their trip reports.

I can barely find anything about alcohol with 5-meo-mipt.

Actually I'd just as soon bring a 6-8 pack and some gatorades to drink in between beers. See, the major problem is running out of beer so we stuff our back packs with it (12), so if I can space them out, I can still have beer for later.
Now, that's a plan, I can still drink delicious beer without getting hammered and enjoy the RC research.
