If neither person is sick (i.e. doesn't already have a disease of some kind) there really isn't much danger of anything. My boyfriend has never gotten a UTI from it. But we do usually shower right after and clean up. So maybe if you were to just fall asleep and the bacteria and what not had time to do it's thing?
