Yeah me either- -I dont know if I buy it, but, they say when ya get older you really dont need as much sleep- The problem here is - staying asleep- Once I awake after 5 or 6 hrs, thats it* *Im up for the day-
Not enough. Maybe 5 hours a night. Lately, I've napped in the evening but it makes me feel awful = waking up twice in one day? I hate waking up.
I like to sleep 8-9 hrs, I love my sleep! I can survive off 7 hrs, anything less and I will be sleepy by 3pm. If I sleep less than 7 hrs, I feel sick when I wake up.
I have sleep 5-6 hours each night. I try sleep in the day also, but feel terrible when I wake up. Very dry mouth, weak, some of the time with headache.
When at work I'm up and heading out around 3am and find 5 hours z's is perfect. When at home,I don't MEAN to wake at 2.30am,but it's ingrained and if I try to go back to sleep I just fidget around trying to get comfy. Invariably I'll say 'Sod it' and take the pooches out along the beach and on getting back home make toast n coffee. It seems 5 hours sleep is what suits my particular biological requirements, coz if I ever DO sleep longer,I realise just how crappy zombies must feel.
I think I average about 6 hours a night which is not enough for me. I try to catch another hour sometime during the day if I can. More often that does not happen.
I work nights weekends, so its difficult sleeping during the day maybe 4 hours sleep.. I love my sleep about 8 hours max, I'm feeling good for the day.
i usually get anywhere from 5 - 7 maybe 8 hours sometime 4. my sleep patterns are completly shot to peices. at best that my erratic sleep and insomnia don't seem to help much.
