Stop paying your internet bill.

 

Find something you enjoy doing that doesn't involve the internet. There's nothing wrong with using the internet when you're bored or you need to use it for school or work, but you shouldn't NEED it for entertainment.

Sometimes I go days without using the internet and my facebook friends can kiss my ass because they are too lazy to come join me in whatever I'm doing that keeps me away from my computer lol

Throw your computer, laptop, netbook, smart phone or whatever you use out the fucking window and then go and retreive the bits and ritualistically put each individua lbit in the trash! Have fun!

 

You see, retrieving bytes can take some time. Also when he deletes all LBITS he also should remove HBITS so he will have nice clean registers.
