Yup, I do weights and aerobics naked. When doing weights, it's encouraging to see how the parts I'm exercising respond to the reps.
In the heat and humidity of summer, your body needs to dissipate heat and the less you wear, the more you can allow your skin to do its job. The Peachtree Road Race, sponsored by the Atlanta Track Club makes that very recommendation. Current law makes it illegal to be nude, but take as much liberty as the law will allow for your body's sake! Too many people are afraid that our bodies won't function right without clothing. (flopping and bouncing). That shows how we all tend to have unreasonable fear of the unfamiliar. Nudist men have participated in races with comfort for several generations. As I said earlier, the scrotum will rise to the occasion, tightening for your run. Give it time to adjust. Only women with larger breasts find the need for breast support in a race. For hiking, walking, daily exercises, most of us, men and women would be far better off without our clothes. We'd see far fewer rashes, less prickly heat, fewer fungal infections and fewer heat strokes if we left our clothes at the starting line. Bras obstruct lymphatic flow and that can lead to disease. Support can be achieved with softer less binding fabrics, but again support is only required for some women some of the time.
i have run on my treadmill more than once completely nude...while drinking a beer, yeah i wasnt taking the exercise thing seriously but the nude part and the drinking part? i was taking them parts very seriously.
I used to go running on our treadmill naked + sneakers (can't barefoot on a treadmill), but it's broken, so I don't do that anymore.... I dance around the house naked when I'm home alone, or I'll go on a woodland adventure in the woods behind my house sometimes, too.
Average breast size used to be a B cup for women in the U.S, now it's a C. Why? Because so many of us are now overweight!! If we exercised and ate healthily, we would be slimmer, and the vast majority of us would have smaller breasts which could be totally fine running or jumping with. Endocrine Disrupting Compounds (EDC's) are also a concern. We are exposed to xenoestrogens on a daily basis from plastics, chemicals in cosmetics, shampoos, deoderants, cleaning products, etc, chlorinated water, and more. Not good! Some women do have it in their genetics, but if they were raised to be nude all the time, I'm sure it would not be a problem! It's natural!
