A couple of years ago, I received a free sample of voacanga africana seeds and they proved an interesting experience (when dosed properly). The heightened senses along with the psychedelic mindset appealed to me greatly. It just allowed me to think with a very colourful, consistent flow, but at the same time having an exceptional awareness of absolutely everything going on around me (I know why it was used for hunting, as a drug and as a poison). Slow and gradual dosing over a period of a few days in a tincture was the key. Anywho, I was interested in voacanga's cousin: Iboga because of the activity with the opiate receptors and "resetting" them essentially. Not really using it for recreational purposes, or rehabilitation purposes for that matter, I'm just very interested to see just how insightful an experience like that can be, because if it was anything like vocoga with slightly less potential side effects, I am in.

Me as well! It's a festival this weekend around here, and it's a tradition for some friends and I to have wild psychedelic experiences during it. The music and the atmosphere is great (until the douchebags come out). You have fun this weekend, and let mother nature's Lucy take you away. :)
