It appears another malicious worm has once again struck Iran's Nuclear Program. This one did a few things the last one did, such as shutting down their entire automated program, including the Siemens hardware (centrifuges that enrich uranium). The funny part of all this is that the worm also managed to play a song from AC/DC on the Iranian workstations at full volume. Here's the song: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IlejfA5NCbQ"]Acdc - Thunderstruck - Angus Young - (Live Donnington) - YouTube http://www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/201...mputers-ac-dc_n_1697178.html?ir=UK&ref=topbar
They're pretty fucking screwed! How can they possibly trust their equipment and computer network now? I'd laugh, but you know how these things come back at us...
If I was Iran I wouldn't be too sure that we couldn't shut down a vital part and cause a major accident.
Yup! They say the US definitely developed the worm, based on cheap open source code. They say it probably only cost one million $ to create it. Of course the Stuxnet virus had already infiltrated their systems, which still have the same hardware and software. So this worm was just a new means to access their system. Then they probably just released an updated Stuxnet virus once they got access. They say the worm recorded keystrokes. So they got passwords and then could do as they pleased! AC/DC, can't say much for their taste in music! I think the reason it was chosen was simple, the title, "Thunderstruck", describes the attack on their system. On full volume! I hope they had a primo sound system to blast it thru the complex!
Wait till it happens to us, then we will see the hypocrisy coming into play. Btw I'm not defending Iran , just saying!
