Hey there guys. A couple of years ago I was in an accident and it resulted in some spinal metal, and a pretty bum left leg. I haven't been going to physio lately (stupid, I know) because I've had problems getting out, sleeping and I'm in a lawsuit with the insurance company... Anywho, was wondering if there are any good exercises to help strengthen my left leg? It's an L3 L4 spinal injury, which effects my lower leg, and it has trouble lifting. Any help would be MUCH appreciated.

if you can't get to physical therapy, you might want to ask them about some exercises you can do at home

you might also want to check out acupuncture, which is my answer to everything

When you get into a therapy, you will know what type of exercise that is best for you that you can do better at home. Therapist are really well known for this and you can get the result if you do this regularly.

I don't know what exercises would negatively effect your leg. Can you walk without hurting your leg? If you can maybe you should walk a mile a day. You might also might want to consider isometric exercises. An example of an isometric exercise would be tensing the leg muscle without moving your leg and holding the tension for a bit and releasing and doing that a few times. But don't do any of this stuff if it would negatively effect you. Another isometric exercise is sitting down and instead of your feet on the floor hold them up so your legs are perpendicular to your back and holding that pose for a bit.
