Depends on far too many things, including the shape and size of the woman, the shape size and fit of her pants, and the shape and size of the vulva. Other factors include age and presentation of the woman, and whether she lives under a bridge or not.....

but only if one is admiring her in sexual appeal. so if a lady is camel toe, then all other things need to generally fall in line. so if she is wearing tight jeans and one can see the curvatures of her vuvla, and she is fat and /or one can see her fat tween pants and shirt (friend called this bread dough rising), then the fact that one can see camel toe is repulsive. it is like a 70+ year old slender, otherwise physically attractive lady wearing a bikni.

now on the other side, were i married, i would want my wife to not wear camel toes clothes. same thing for daughter.
