This time last year I cut my hair really short and I'm really used to long hair, and my hairs grown quite a bit, but I want to make it possibly grow faster.. Does anyone know any Vitamins or any techniques to make my hair growth progress faster? I've heard Prenatal Vitamins do, but they make your poo really hard?
I'm not sure you can make it grow faster. I think that getting enough protein and iron can help it to grow healthier and stronger though. A hairdresser told me to use conditioning treatments when I was growing my hair, cos if it is in good condition, it will not need to be trimmed so much while it is growing out
Definitely keep your hair healthy. It won't grow any faster, but it will have less breakage. Mine does best when I braid it loosely or put it in a bun with ribbons, the elastic hair bands cause a lot of breakage, and then I have to trim more off. My hair loves coconut oil every few weeks applied to the last 3" or so and then let it sit while I take a shower. I wash my hair last and only wash the first few inches of hair around my scalp, just where it gets greasy. Put my conditioner on my entire head and rinse. I try to make sure that my hair still feels slick after rinsing. I try to limit curling irons and blow dryers to once every couple weeks.
