Thank you to all that replied, I have come to except my friends passing and hope her spirit shall be as free as it was when she was alive.

 

Wow, I feel for you and I'm deeply sorry to hear about the lose.
I remember when my family dog was put down. I watched him as he slowly passed away and it's heart breaking...The house never had the same energy since, like a gap in the cement. It was my first time to have someone I love die.
Strange, but I asked the doctor for his teeth. Never received one though lol, but I still have his ashes...someday I'll go back to my childhood home and spread his ashes there and then the lake.

Good luck to you and I'm sorry to hear of your lose. It seems like it was a sad love story brought me to tears.

I'm very sorry about your dog hard decision don't feel guilty..
I know exactly how your feeling, just think hes not in pain any more..

 

I am sorry to hear your loss, Burnt.

I also had to end life of my dog, Mishka after 15 years on August 17. It is very painful, but we do feel better with time!
