You see mine does not. We go out a bit, but I simply say we are together to not keep saying that I am single. What about you?

Often times in research data -- "Do you have a girlfriend?" "Do you have a boyfriend."

Often 60% of the girls will say - yes

While 49% of the boys will say - yes.

LOL, sometimes it is better when girlfriends do not know too much about you as they can use that information agains you, such as to charge you for stalking.

It's a touchy topic... my boyfriend and I didn't really confirm that we were, in fact, boyfriend and girlfriend and not just two people trying out each others' bodies for a few months into our relationship... I didn't want to ask "hey, we're boyfriend and girlfriend right?" in case he didn't see things that way and me asking would scare him off...so it took a long time to clarify... weird how things are... all we want is consistency but its the thing that scares us most, as well

It's not a touchy subject --- it's about being in touch with reality and by communicating to the person -- you are DATING --- that you want to be in a committed relationship with them.

I think it's kind of remedial and obvious.

I guess you'll get a reality check when your "GIRLFRIEND" dates someone else or worse, sleeps with someone else, because, in reality - she's NOT your girlfriend -- unless you both are aware of it.

    Have fun living a lie.

    -derp. that is all.
