    Anybody know what these are? Small, round yellow pill, lightly coated and white on the inside. Imprint is Q on one side, 100 on the other

    My guess would be Quetiapine (branded as Seroquel, Xeroquel, Ketipinor).

    Or Easter Egg Dye.
