If you had to marry the person you lost your virginity to, what would your life be li

Thread idea stolen from Reddit. Obviously, if you are still a virgin (physically or emotionally. I do not consider rape losing your virginity) or married that person, this thread doesn't apply to you.

I would be in a very similar situation to where I am now, but instead of being in love and happy, I'd feel like either a burden or I'd feel heavily burdened. I'd be ashamed because we'd be living off his parents' money, but I'd probably be working a real job to try to make ends meet on our own, but failing miserably because he's in L.A. I'd be terribly frustrated because of his pipe dreams. I don't know this all for sure, I guess, because I hold some resentment towards him for dumping me because he had bigger dreams than me and he's been out of college for four years or so and still lives off his mom and dad. It just kind of disgusts me a little because I've worked really hard and don't have much to show for it, but dammit, what I have is mine, so his lifestyle grates on my nerves. I kind of feel like he still has a lot of growing up to do, while he thinks he's terribly enlightened because he's a college graduate.

 

From what I remember his dream being, I'd be living in a shack on the Bayou, lol

 

eww. i don't even know (seriously, i have no idea, it was a complete one night stand situation). my educated guess is that she would be obese by now though.

she probably would have cheated on me and brought home some herpes or something too.

Oh my goodness...I'd be married to a white trash rapper who gets arrested every other day and can't hold down a job.

Not to mention, he's ugly as fuck and tries so hard to pick up chicks in his nasty 10-sizes-too-big clothes.

She cheated on me, so I guess in this scenario I'm a very forgiving person.

Her family won the fucking lottery three years after though. I'd probably be rich, but walked all over.

 

I honestly think that I would have been head over heels in love. Happy, living almost the way my husband and I do now. I'd just be living on a big farm instead of a small farm, and driving a combine instead of pushing a tiller. I'd still be a stay at home mom and have a few kids running around, just like now. I would have been married to the love of my life and my best friend. If we would have gotten together later in life, instead of in jr. high and high school, I'm sure we would still be together, but him going to college and me still in school brought a mutual end to a great relationship. When he came back from college, we stayed friends and friends with benefits but never pushed a relationship. I started dating someone else and so did he, and we just dated other people on and off until we met our spouses. We still talk and sometimes I wonder what if, but I'm happy where I'm at. I love my husband and I love our relationship. It's just different, I suppose.

 

I would probably have 5 kids, and a shitty house in suburbia. I'd probably spend most of my time trying to hide the fact that I smoke weed.

 

Since I did marry that person (I did not have to) My life would be the same. We were only married three years while he was finishing school and then we split and he went off to become a lawyer. It took me 30 years to get my college degree. All in all I did OK on my own.

 

I'd be divorced, since he's on his 3rd marriage.

 

Same here. The guy was a jerk and a player, but I was too blinded by love or lust or something to see it at the time. He was a college senior from a big city and I was a freshman from a small town. He totally took advantage of my lack of worldly experiences and sophistication, just to nail another virgin.

I can't stand guys like him anymore, and I can spot them from about a city block away.

 

I'd be living in Scotland.

 

I'd be miserable. She turned out to be incredibly needy and depressed and depressing.

 

I wouldn't be happy. I would be constantly be searching for more and pondering the age old question: Is there more? Oh and I would prob be living with a meth head. Yay me

 

I would be married to a drunken-bar hopping-whore, who fucks on the first night, and forgets your name. I am sure my life would be pretty miserable.
