Myself and a friend have a share-room position vacant for female to live in a communal house between Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Rent is $170 all up and will be split equally so you pay only $85 pw. Electricity and hot water included in rent, and you'll be required to pay bond.

*MUST BE NON-SMOKER AND NATURIST FRIENDLY - NO EXCEPTIONS!*

Pets OK, must be either a full time student or worker. Place is fully furnished with all mod cons and appliances, so you just need your own bed and basic gear.

Room opens up onto a beautiful back yard with bbq area, pool and spa and has adjoining bathroom, chest of drawers and mirrored built-in wardrobe. Own air conditioning and internet/phone junction box too.

Place is just 5 minutes drive from Bethania train station and 10 - 15 minutes drive to main shopping centres in Waterford and Beenleigh.

Prefer someone who is a vegetarian/vegan, has a mature and responsible outlook on life and open minded to arts as myself and the other tenant do photography, music and life drawing.
