yeah especially since that motherfucker stole that shirt from me. now that i know who took it im going to rob him next time i see him.
I think I dislike people from all different races pretty equally. One thing I've observed is that assholes come in all colors. There is one group of people I've consistently found I dislike as a whole, from my experiences here on the forum as well as some time I spent in Maine..Quebecoise or whatever the hell they call themselves. Rude little douche bags that think they need to be as snobby and self righteous as the French and neglect to wake up and realize they're in fucking Canada. I'm being partly facetious but I've seriously never encountered a more rude group of people. I'm pretty cool with any other race/subset of the population. Except some white people. I do like a good racist joke, not gonna lie
Judaism shares some of the characteristics of a nation, an ethnicity, a religion, and a culture, making the definition of who is a Jew vary slightly depending on whether a religious or national approach to identity is used.
That would bring the score to 15-2. A few more beat-downs by his caucasian brothers and he might just begin to understand it’s not the color of his skin, it’s his deportment Hotwater
"religious" or "national identity " is not a race . And their are some differences between "ethnicity" and "race" in and by definition . In my opinion , Judaism is a religion , it is not a race . Yes , some share a nation (today) , culture and a religion ,but not a race . They were exiled from Israel thousands of years ago by God . And dispersed throughout the world . 80% of todays modern , and the majority of Jews in the free world are Ashkenazim Jews from central Europe ,"middle" europe if you like , which makes the majority caucasian if they have to fit into a "race" . However, they come from all over the world in different races and ethnicities . It is not a race , but religion . And it's been scientificly proven through d.n.a. in 2003 that those tested shared many different cultures and traights of diverse people through d.n.a.. Depending on where that particular persons blood line ended up after exile . Which means it's a religion , not a race . There is no Jewishness gene or race . Even king Soloman married pharoh's daughter , Moses married an Ethiopian "cushite" woman , as far back as that there was interbreeding . I would bet that few today could even trace Their origional bloodline to Abraham , whose son Jacob was the father of the twelve tribes . And while the number of actual human races is in dispute today ( correct me if i'm wrong ) , but I don't believe the belief of the origional number of races thought to exist hundreds of years ago even had the Jewish people listed as an race unto themselves . The vile hate groups love to portray them as a seperate race , to vilify and seperate them out . When it's really their religion they hate . I guess religion doesn't divide and seperate enough today or ww2 , so they have to use race . However they are not , todays Jewish people are multicultural , multiracial , multiethnic and diverse in makeup and some are converts to Judaism . Which means it's a religion and not a race . Because how could one "convert" to another race? Anyway that's my opinion of it .
It is not an opinion what the definitions of 'Jewish' are (although you are free to dismiss some of the fixed definitions if you insist ). Irminsul is right, 'jewish' contains several definitions. Culture and ethnicity are just as valid. The word Judaism is commonly reserved for the religion which is also often just called jewish since it is generally connected to each other.
Hi guys, to those that commented on the 'Jesus racist' part of my post, thanks for the feedback and depth there. It's difficult not to end up debate bound post post, so id like to say please take it lightly and try to appeal to a simple truth. Jesus was a Jew, yes. He could also see they were hypocritical and demonstrated evil behaviour, whether he was one or not. He commented on this observation. Fact. The end. That's all I was saying. Observations form opinions....blah blah, sure you get where im at with the remark. Thanks guys.
only against racists. and jesus was'nt a jew,he was an israelite rebel from a christian background.jews hated him for everything he stood for,as one of the most unreligious ,extremely spiritual and humanatarian human being in all of history, who simply rebeled against the oppression of his people.he was crowned king of the jews on the day of his murder as a pisstake by the jews who murdered him.
Thanks for that, yes there is info available on nomenclature, but for the point of the exercise, seeing as most people have been taught he is a Jew, we will go with that for the discussion which is racism, not Christianity. Thanks for the imput tho.
thats the problem.half the world is brainwashed by lies.well i 'm not no sucker. people can believe what they like, thats their own bussiness. but i still say jesus was'nt a jew. thats my truth,an i'm stickin' with it. racism.well thats just a hereditary handed down dis-ease of ignorance.
I think people on these forums keep screaming out 'racist' every now and then about certain threads without taking the time to consider wether posts are actually racist - Arienne's definition was very good. Another thing I have noticed in recent years is that with all the civil rights movment etc in America, you very, very rarely hear racist comments against black people. (I am not from the States, just speaking about my home country, and the influence American media has there). Which is great. HOWEVER, it seems to me most people have moved on to prejudice against other ethnicities instead, notably the Chinese. So now it's not OK to be racist to blacks, racists just find another race to attack.
there's still racist comments against blacks here, it's just not as obvious because people know how much trouble they can get in for it. put a bug in the back room of a restaurant and listen to the waitstaff when a black group comes in though. in my experience, people here are most overtly racist against arabs. i still get forwarded emails that basically consist of "the world will be a better place if we murder all the muslims!"
That's a good and interesting point...although it also points out the sad fact that people unfortunately feel they can only get in trouble for being racist to black people, vs being racist to other ethnic groups.
