First of all the little fuck was arrested on drugs and the cambodians just want the fucker gone. That's why he's being deported and not extradited.

Third Sweeden had revoked his passport but because the moron fragged big sections of his brain with drugs they're accepting responsibility for him.

Uploads of copyrighted content represents a library of old games, songs, and videos. I find that when the company stops selling it, they stop suing. In other words, that outdated video game might as well be public domain because the company does not care anymore. Its something else to upload a brand new production.

 

Personally I think that's a great use and the laws should represent turning the Internet into a type of cultural archive of the past. Copyrights of movies that had either a social impact or are of an educative or artistic nature should pass into the public domain after 25 years. Same can be said of music, books and legacy computer applications.

I also believe that any site that earns money from the material should be made to kick back a percentage to the artists and/or the creators. But this as it stands people like the Pirate Bay and Kimdotcom are just ego maniacs screwing over the artists for their own profit and enjoyment. And that makes them far worst than any corporate studio. At least the corporate studios are helping to put food on someone's table.

((I forgot that to add that Kimdotcom is a misogynist asshole that women shouldn't be allowed to vote and that the best use for a woman is being a man's whore.... And I don't have to repeat my angst towards the Pirate Bay's connections to Neonazis))
