$80 a pound too good to be true? I think so

So I can get a oz for $10 or pound of trim for $80, but even the dealer is describing it as "not very keefy".

At $5 an oz I am thinking he has already gone through it since he sells 3 grams of hash for $25. Hash does require extra work, but I am skeptical.

In your opinion is there enough THC in fan leaves to bother? I know they tend to have more CBD which is good for sleep but I am looking to get stoned lol.

In the past for my edibles I have always had a fair amount of bud shake which goes for $40 an oz seems more fair for what it is but it was not this dealer. I believe what he is calling trim is only fan leaves, but I love eating cannabis I hate to pass up a nice deal.

If you trust him and know him well...why not? but if you don't I wouldn't bother

 

There's so much trim in the metro area that 80$ seems reasonable. Probably a little on the cheap side but not alarming if he has a decent size operation.

 

I had a pound of trim a few years back.

Great pot brownies. We cooked 15 trays in one day. You could smell the Chocolatey Marijuana Goodness for blocks around my apartment in West Philly.

I passed out 10 of the trays at a Clark Park Music Festival-everyone was flying.

Froze the rest.

Yeah. Good for edibles but won't give you the high you are looking for.

 

fan leaves...good for compost...you would have to eat quite a few to catch a buzz.....making brownies from trim/shake makes weak brownies too......

if you cant easily see the sugar coating with a mag glass it means its garbage

You would have to eat a half pan or whole pan of brownies to get high! Not that hard though. Not very potent either!

that is exactly what it is probably going to be for only 80$ a P... big fan leaves with virtually zero trichs... not gonna lie I've paid a lot more than 80$ for trim .. but this stuff was BOMB, loaded with HUGE bulbous resin glands, the heads of which were visible to the naked eye. and the stuff was just slightly compressed so at first glance it looked like buds and it smelled great, that real piney smell (strain was classic Herer). Used half of it to make batches of butter, the other half to make a fuckload of hash oil and hash :ssmokeit:

 

Yeah dispensarys will charge you up to 100, but 40 or around 500 for the pound is what I have paid for half decent shake. I was able to make some nice edibles with it though. I would consistently wake up stoned after taking one at 6 or 7 the night before.

i get shake from good quality buds for $50/ounce. it's good for the price... lots of tiny little pieces of bud in it.

I'm considering doing it and making some butter with some massive ratios. Like the whole pound to one or two pounds of butter just to see what happens. I have gotten very stoned off qp to pound mixtures off normal shake but I would think this is weaker so more would be needed.

Some guy I know brought me a couple cans of butane and what he told me was about a pound of trim and asked me to make BHO for him. It's a bag of fan leaves I told him I'm not even gonna waste my time or his butane that shit belongs in the trash/compost. It's still sitting in a cupboard at my house I'll try and get a pic sometime for lulz.

 

This reminds me the time we had 2 big garbage bags full of "Leaf and keef"
We made "Banana muffin blowaways" and they were green as fuck! lol My mother put way to much leaf in the mix and it made them green.. but they were Out of this world though.. you only had to eat only Half of one and it hits you within 20mins time.. I ate half of one.. walked to the shops fine and thinkin to myself "this is shit I ain't feelin nothin" and walking back from the shops to home.. half way home.. BAWM! I felt like a Bag of stones! it hit pretty dam hard too lol I was struggling with walking home.. and it was ONLY JUST HALF of the green blowaway banana muffin.
it was a pretty awesome trip.

 

Like I thought, I think he had already done something with it. No potential even for edibles.

 

Trim =/= Shake.

If it is TRIM, don't bother. Unless you are into making salves....or rope lol
