My question is: how do you make sure you're absolutely clean inside out? What methods do you use and how much of an effort is it? I'm not dirty so to speak but I don't clean before anal in anyway. I have as yet in many years to have an accident or to see my partners penis all brown. However I suppose there are traces and it comes with doing these things. Yeah sometimes during A2M it tastes a bit weird but to be honest it doesnt bother me or have I yet to experience any of the fabled illnesses . I just enjoy it and make sure I've not just been to the toilet, so far it's worked for me
My wife doesn't clean up at all. She won't do ATM but cleanliness isn't a huge concern of us. A little mess with anal can be a turn on for some people. Not a big mess, just a little evidence of the dirty deed.
Firstly - everyone is different. There is no hard and fast rules. That said, I'm like Shakti above - in all my 20 odd years since i first did anal, I have never internally pre-cleaned. Most healthy rectums are pretty much self-cleaning, I think mine fits in that category. Personally i have never had an accident except for a very faint discoloured ring and a faint odour - you know where the dildo/penis has been - but accidents - never. And i am NOT into any form of poo play in any form!!! eeeew! Yes, on the few times I've done ATM, well, you could say I now know what my bowels taste like, but that's almost incidental to the act itself. But again - everyone is different and different people will need different regimes.
My gf doesn't do anything in particular to clean out. Sure there are the very occasional traces; evidence of where you've been. But so what? LOL. I find it funny, this myth, that by having anal sex you're displacing these massive turds and sending jets of faeces onto the bed sheets and up the walls.
Apart from emptying my bowels beforehand, I've never had to bother with enemas & the such. I also can't recall ever having any trace of excrement remaining on either my own or my partners' penises afterwards. However, I have, on several occasions, felt the presence of excrement whilst inserting my fingers to prepare the passage during foreplay, although this has never been a problem - I always wear a condom anyway, so what's the problem.
I make sure have used the toilet before hand and wash up my ass. I don't want to worry about my bf pulling his cock out of me and seeing brown. I also used a "Rectal Syringe" (available at any drug store) before hand. Then let the impaling begin!
I clean out before hand every time with enemas. I relax and enjoy anal so much more if I'm not worrying about making a mess.
I've just recently gotten in to anal, thanks to my bf who is a wonderful and patient teacher I have yet to take any special steps before hand. i remember before the first time we did, I was really nervous, didn't eat all day, downed water and took two showers..lol.
