Was Palpatine trying to get a BJ from Anakin?

So my buddy and I were watching Episode III on Blu-ray last week. We we both stoned and both came to the conclusion that Palpatine was trying to get his dick sucked by Anakin. Maybe it was just the ganja, but has anyone else picked up on this?

 

It would seem creepy that a senior citizen would take such an interest in a boy who cant even grow a beard yet but your talking about a powerful politician and a powerful sith lord. Im sure he could get better than that whining brat if he wanted.
