How's the non-smoking going??

Just curious as to how everyone who was trying to quit smoking is getting on now! I personally was doing alright. I had one every now and then but I was no regular smoker any more! Until...I went to Spain! Damn that place is smokers paradise! Cheap booze and cheap fags is a seriously deadly mix for the smoking quiter! Now it's Xmas and I'll have a packet now and then on social occasions "because it's Xmas". Is it time to admit failure yet? hehe...

I've been quit since the middle of July. I still binge every now and then, but I'm basically a non smoker still.

 

So you're a...binge smoker? :H hehe...I hate the feeling the day after the night before tho! It's bad enough if you gotta hang over, but the stink of fags and that nasty feeling in your throat...eep..and i'll probably be doing the exact same thing tonight. lol.

 

I am back to smoking like they are going out of fashion..lovely lovely nicotine...mmmmmmm

 

dok- you told me when i was with you guys that you had stopped but i witnessed you smoking at least 3 fags!!!! is this any improvement?!

I stopped 12 years ago but occasionally binge out on big fat (duty free) havana cigars

 

I've cut down on all shmokin really. Although that one after work is quite nice

Oh dear...seems we're all as bad as each other then! now I know more and I have seen the other side...and don't care, I still just wanna smoke...*cough cough* hehe! Now I'm not gonna look at this post again, cos last time I did a similar post it just made me wanna smoke even more...

i did it.. nearly 3 months of smoke freeness for me
