I am ear training at the moment and have a pretty sophisticated question.

I'd just like to know if you happen to know of any good examples of songs that contain a minor chord ascending a perfect 4th to a major chord, (played just after each other). If you happen to know any songs which contain these chords played in an emphasised fashion, (Whether that mean, that the song slow down on the chords, accents them, etc) so that it will stick in my head.

If you can't, any other e.g of 2 chords in a song (which are in a key, whatever the interval between them is) will do. If it suits, the more, the better. It vital for my ear training

    Thanks

There are a whole ton. You can google "ii-V progressions." They are all over jazz and classic rock. For example, the verse from "Breathe," by Pink Floyd contains an E minor going up to an A major repeatedly. Also listen to the verse of "My Sweet Lord," by George Harrison. They are literally all over popular music, as the chord motion you described is a ii-V progression in a major key.
