Cruel and unusual punishment

    Police hand cuffs are a form of cruel and unusual punishment when they are put onto your wrists. Them motherfuckers cut into your wrists. And you don't know who else wrists they cut into before you. Who knows? The person with them on before you could have had hypotitus (sp?) or HIV. Something should be done to get police to change from using those police hand cuffs. What say you?

    I say that we should bring back stoning as a form of cruel and unusual punishment.

    I am a firm believer in handcuffs, though. Those are minuscule compared to if we brough back stoning.

    Handcuffs are necessary. You don't want to wear them? Don't get caught.

    Public stonings would be fun. As would public hangings. We could sell tickets.

    In other countries the police don't handcuff suspects unless they're either accused of having commited a violent crime or are resisting arrest.
