I don't get the Lions. You have Megatron, Burleson, two more young, fast WR's, and two tight ends that can catch, but they want to run the ball. The run defense is only so-so, they are best rushing the passer. Why do they not come out throwing to try to get a lead and force other teams to pass so they can unleash that pass rush? Indy used to do that with Manning and it won them a lot of games.
Thats the typical Lions, although they came back with 2 touchdowns to tie a game I thought they had given away. OT right now.
im reading about the game on their site,, wtf are they doing!!! giving up a punt return for a touchdown, then a kickoff return for a touchdown!!
alright someone explain this: i think the titans just kicked a field goal in overtime, but the game is still going on? wtf
New rule. You can't win a game in OT on the first drive. Other team gets a chance to win or tie. Lions on the Tennesee 20. Their in field goal range. This is one helluva good game.
Vikings 24 Niners 13. Lions lose. 4th and inches, fumbled the snap. Typical Lions, they always find a way to blow a game.
i didn't know that. it's a good thing though, sudden death overtime is a retarded concept. about time the NFL catches up to high school in overtime policy.
The Niners looked flat all around today without question but I understand why many gripe about the refs. Vikings had only 1 penalty called on them all day, I couldn't make it through the game with the Niners crappy play and the crappy refs.
The new OT rule only applies to field goals. If a team scores a touch down in OT they still automatically win the game.
49rs r still the 1rst or 2nd best team in the nfl. I think its good to lose one, takes the pressure off of going 16-0, like with the patriots a few years ago. the 49rs will be there in the end
Mehbeh. I wouldn't be upset if they did. JMac is my dude! But for real, I wanna see Falcons do good too. Spoon and Moore on the defense are beasts, from Mizzou as well.
