About a month ago I had some mdma for the first time at a festival and i found trip reports on forums a lot of help, so i thought id do one It was at shambala festival in the uk and we (me and one friend) had decided to have it on the Saturday night as Aphrodite was playing and he's one of our favourite artists. we prepared 2 bombs earlier on in the day and dropped them at about half 10 in a chill yurt cafe and sat in there for about 20 minutes. we weren't feeling anything, but when we stood up to leave my vision was distorted at the edges like i was looking through a fisheye. My friend still wasn't feeling anything and was kinda bummed, but although i wasn't peaking yet there's a weird patch of about half an hour that I don't remember, but I know we went into the woods. the next thing i remember was being on the phone to my friend who wasn't there and walking really fast and falling over in the mud and dropping my phone. I felt really smooth and 'oily' when I moved, and in music or when people spoke, it sounded sort of buzzy. we walked down to the centre of the field and looked up at the Ferris wheel, which was all lit up in the darkness, and suddenly my head like exploded and it looked like the most amazing thing in the world. I decided that i had to go on it now, and paid £5(!) for me and my buddy to go on it. in the queue i made friends with a woman called Sophie, and as I said hello to her her friend started counting down from 10 and then it was midnight and it was her birthday! I was soo happy for her. also, she was 42 and she was on ket, pills and mdma :') on the Ferris wheel I was leaning right over the edge and literally could not stop saying 'oooohhhh my god' over and over again. When we were on the Ferris wheel, my friend sort of came up again (I don't know if this is normal) and experienced the fisheye effect I mentioned earlier. suddenly it was 10 to 1 and Aphrodite was on it 10 minutes! we got off the ride and ran over to where he was playing. we then danced more than I've ever danced for about 2 hours. we then went for a spliff and to cool down and entered back into the sweaty tent. I've worked it out and I think I made about 15 new friends in and around the tent, and they were pretty much all having the same experience so it was brilliant! the next 2 hours are a bit blurry, and the next thing I remember is suddenly crashing and being soooo tired at about half past 4. we went back to our tent and fell into bed, and as I was going to sleep i was asking my two friends I was with if they were getting a pet too :') The next day I felt no 'comedown' really, but was a bit spaced out and did gurn a bit for a couple of days after lol. It was the best night of my life. I have some more and plan to take it with about 7 friends soonish, but it should be different this time as it wont be mad dancing, just chilling in the park, which I'm looking forward to. So Yeah, its good fun. :sunny:
Great stuff! Seeing Aphrodite on your first roll? That's amazing. I've never been on a ferris wheel on MDMA, have been to a couple events rolling that have had them though. I'll have to check that out sometime. Good you had no comedown and such a positive glowing xperience.
I know right, it was so lucky! We didnt even know he was gonna be there as for some reason there was no mention of it at all on the website or anything, we only found out when we bought a programme and saw it in the back!
i had an awesome time when I took molly for the first time last weekend. saw this band http://laserbackground.bandcamp.com and there were all these colors and shit in the basement and it was awesome, such a great night overall.
