There have been stories on u.f.o.s for many years . On 2012 it you mean 12/23/12 , there are some Mayan cal. that go beyond that date . Even the one that does stop on that date has a message of it will be a time of change or an interesting time . I have lived through a bunch of the end of the world dates . on 7/07/77 all the big planets lined up , some thought there gravity would tear the earth apart . 1/1/2000 , 5/5/2000 and some more . desert rat

 

if i remember right, i saw a show on the mayan stuff, and they believed that their sky gods would return in 2012. they had 2 diff main sky gods.
also edgar casey predicted around 2010 sometime we'd meet men from another world.
