Recently I've been plugging dilaudid once a week. 4mg doses. I usually enjoy it very much but tonight I had a bad reaction. I could feel my heart pounding in my chest and I measured my heart rate at 103 beats per minute. Needless to say it didn't feel very pleasant. Anyone have any idea why this could happen? Should I be concerned?

My resting heart rate is like 95. Which is kind of fast, but 103 isnt too bad if you were excited about dosing. What is plugging? Like shooting it?

Plugging is putting it where the :sunny: don't shine.

I realize that 103 isn't the high, but I could feel my heart pounding in my chest and it wasn't comfortable. Normally this doesn't happen and I'm extremely relaxed. Maybe that means my blood pressure raised and not my heart rate?

It could possibly be a reaction to an overload on the liver.
Are these time release dillies or IR?

That makes sense. That night I took my antidepressant meds at the same time. I didn't think it mattered because I had taken them at close times before.

    They are IR.
