Im new to the site. Let me start by saying,my name is Kwame i'm a senior in high school. I am in a really confusing situation, well the whole story begins when this really pretty black girl had been moved into my 8th period English class. Eventually we started talking and now we have these feelings for each other but her cousin is one of my team mates on my football team and doesn't want us talking to each other anymore. Despite her cousin warning her not to talk to me anymore for stupid reasons we still kept talking, I just found out that she is bi at first I was kinda excited but its starting to feel like that she likes girls a little bit to much. Its like she always with one of her "friends". I just really need, some advice.

On what exactely. the cousin is being childish for trying to control her. If you want to know if she likes you and wants more talk to her about that. Being bi means she likes men and women.

If you ask her she will tell you. and than you will know if there is a shot or will ever be a shot.

too give you some insight, i'm bisexual and i've been with 4 women.. where as i've only been with two men. I find women to be erotic and sexy, and i'd hook up with them all day long. friends included. But men are different, for some weird reason i have more morals and standards… so maybe it's not that she's more into women, maybe it's that you haven't tried hard enough? Maybe she likes you, but wants to continue hooking up with females… or maybe she's not really hooking up with them at all, maybe it's in your head.

    idk. hope this helps. :)

i don't know what to tell you, all the pretty bisexual female cousins of my football teammates have been white.

plus, i'm not sure what you're actually asking.

To clarify I was wondering if I shud just leave her alone? Whenever we are together everything seems to be so perfect but whenever we are not together it feels as if we dont even know each other.

if you like her, you shouldn't stop talking to her just because her cousin is a douche.

Forget what cousins and the like say, you are the once who decides what to do and no one else, dont let anyone decide for you. dont look into the drama part, it will get you twisted, ask her out... get to the point... and find out... then you will know... plenty of fish in the sea. :)

But do think twice about using her and dumping her sexually...that's a no no.

If all you can be is "friends", would that be so bad? There is only one way to find out, however. Ask her. Ask her if she feels physically attracted to you before you go out on a limb and confess your desire for her.

Just think twice about being intimate with her and dumping her because that would probably mean you'll get jumped.

Yeah it can be bad for the guy. Contrary to popular belief among high school girls, guys can form really intense emotional crushes on a girl, that aren't based on the visual as the main core of the crush. Usually in these cases sometimes the guy gets a bit intense stalker-like, and is labeled by women as a clinger.

Regardless it sounds like her over possessive relative is the problem...I hope nothing illegal and dangerous is going on...

I appreciate all of you guys/girls insight on the situation.. We decided to just give up on each other. I feel that she wud rather be with a girl than me. I guess I will have to avoid her for the next couple of Weeks just so I can stop thinking about her: (
