New to Vegas, don't know anyone...any suggestions?

What up everyone? My name is Jeff and I'm new to the forums, but already have this site showing up on my most visited section in google chrome lol. Anyway, I recently accepted a job offer requiring me to move from the LA area (san Fernando valley, Northridge), where I've lived my entire life, to Las Vegas. Long story short, I brought a ball of tar with me, along with a 1 month supply of suboxon, which I planned on starting once I was settled into my new place and ran out of black. Well I've been here 8 days and have already made one trip out to LA and back and am contemplating a second. It's impossible to keep this up, but at the moment I don't know what else to do. The worst part is, I know the stuff is all around me, probably within walking distance and I'm driving back and fourth from Vegas to LA and back to Vegas, back to LA, then back to Vegas. Anyway, that's my messed up situation. I'm happy to have found these forums and am looking forward to getting to know the community. Thanks for listening and sorry for the bitching.

Aren't the laws in Nevada really serious about drugs? That's what I've heard. It wouldn't be good to even get caught with a little weed from what I've read. Be careful.

 

Unfortunately these forums could not exist for long if threads like this were allowed. Good luck in your search and I can't imagine it would be hard to score shit in vegas, though I'd imagine the amount of undercovers would be significant.
