probably why they changed them. the pace of life moves faster and faster.. its not uncommon for me to travel down the "Parkway" doing 85 behind a cop car.. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KJsvTVgd5KE"]Pittsburgh 376 Parkway Car Surfing - YouTube the brown building they pass on the left, its the Allegheny county jail. he'll either wind up there or in the morgue .. :driving:

there's still a few around here i think. a lot of 55 zones have lowered to 50 or 45, so they can get that speeding ticket income from people who didn't notice the change. as long as i can remember, they've never had a lot of 55 signs because that's just what is assumed when there is no sign.
I Have A 35mph, A 45mph, A 55mph And An Unlimited Symbol Which Was A Circle With A Slash Across It, Down In My Shearing Shed.... Long Long Time Ago When Horstralia Converted To Metric I Had This Urge To Preserve The Old Signs That I Had Grown Up With, So One Night GLEN Armed Himself With A Spanner And Drove To A Streach Of The Old Highway That Had Not Been Used In Years.... I Doubt They Would Be Worth Anything, But Someday When I Build My New Home They Will Grace The Wall Behind The Bar... Cheers Glen.
The only highway in delmarva is 55 and 45 when it goes through towns and I set my cruise control to 55 on it about half the time I use it. Rarely see any one pulled over south of delaware on it, Except for this one small stretch in maryland that is 65
i don't know about that, but the tolls sure as hell are. in ohio, reckless driving is 20 over, so i would think the 85 ticket would be less since it's down to just speeding now.
