    was overthrown 30 years ago, by the american legislative exchange council, the day ronald raygun mouthed the oath of office.

    not that mccarthyism hadn't done so previously until j.f.kennedy came along, and richard nixxon during his regeme was able to a limited to degree to further the same cause.

    but it wasn't until raygun, that corporate crime was able to completely ursurp the political process.

    Yes Reganomics paved the way for the downfall of the industral and manufaturing sectors in america whici led us to bush and nafta and millions of jobs fleeing to china and mexico and opened up our markets to chinas cheap junk items replacing made in the usa items that would last twice as long even if a tad more expensive. Our only true nafta partner is Canada they import more of our goods than mexico and china combined imo. Tragic are these days of the west where china owns so much of our debt.

    the creation of the constitution was the creation of the police state. Do an intenst reading of prosser/keetons restatement on the law of torts, add to that the Marshals decision in the redmon case.

    The government (not the inhabitants) was broke and indebted to the king. the states failed to pay the taxes to pay the king back.

    Life under and within the police state. It was never intended to be any other way.

    He who creates a constitution is a constitutor;

    like most things that were not correctly taught in school, its "not" a conspiracy but the way it was done. Unfortunately people have no idea what the words they use today so flippantly really meant in the days these documents and agreements were made.

    that should explain a few things

    america is what it was intended to be, its just that few people today even in many collges are taught the "nuts n bolts" history of the deveopment of this country.

    SUffice to say its not what it appears or is advertised to be.
